Fluffy & Delicious Pancake Recipe
Making homemade pancakes is easy, and they taste way better than store-bought mixes! Follow this simple recipe for light, fluffy, and delicious pancakes.
Ingredients:✔ 1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
✔ 3 ½ tsp baking powder
✔ 1 tbsp sugar
✔ ½ tsp salt
✔ 1 ¼ cups (300ml) milk
✔ 1 egg
✔ 3 tbsp melted butter (or vegetable oil)
✔ 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:1. Mix Dry Ingredients In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
2. Mix Wet Ingredients In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until well combined.
3. Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients Gradually add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently (don’t overmix!)—a few lumps are fine.
4. Heat the Pan Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
5. Cook the Pancakes Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
