✔ ½ cup (120ml) milk
Instructions:1. Preheat & Prep 🔥Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients 🥣In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3. Cream Butter & Sugar 🧈In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
4. Add Eggs & Vanilla 🍯Mix in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Combine Wet & Dry Ingredients 🌊Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined—don’t overmix!
